Arreglos necesarios Negative: Solo tiene un cuarto de pareja con su baño, luego otro baño más para el resto, nosotros fuimos 10, haciendo cola para entrar al baño, necesita creo q dos baños más, también a los baños tienen que ponerle agarraderas en la pared de las duchas sobretodo, lo veo muy peligroso sobretodo para personas adultas. Por lo demás estuvo bien.

ABSOLUTLY FANTASIC Positive: This property was by far the best property i have ever rented . me and my family enjoyed the pool on many days and nights. it was very spacious and all that a family could ask for . the fact that the pool was heated was an added bonus ! i definitely would encourage renting this property for your Tampa vacation ! if we had any concerns the staff and property manager was always avail to reach by phone. the area was quiet and very upscale ! i loved it and i hope this rating serves you as a guide to renting this location as well. I WILL BE RENTING THIS PROPERTY AGAIN AS I AM HEADED BACK TO TAMPA IN A FEW WEEKS . Negative: N/A

Plenty of space for people. Not enough towels though. Had 15 people and 5 towels.

We were very disappointed in the house. It was not set up for a large group even though it is advertised to hold 12. There were not enough towels or wash clothes for each us so I had to call the owner to bring us some. They dropped off towels but not wash clothes. The towels and wash clothes we did have had stains and rips. There were not enough dishes for all of us. The electricity was faulty in the bathroom and a bedroom so it flickered. One of the toilets didn't work half the time. There was also a large window with no shade in the bathroom so anyone could come look in as you shower. Several of the arcade games didn't work. The pool was not clean. We would never recommend staying here especially for what we paid.

Booked this property for the weekend with my friends. It was very clean and in a great location, easily able to get places around!Dylan and his team responded to every question I had in a timely manner. Definitely recommend!
